Suzanne began in 1991 as a teaching assistant and moved through every role special education has: classroom teacher, intervention specialist, and administrator with Cincinnati Public Schools. She has built compliance systems, supervised specialists, run the meetings, and answered for the paperwork when it mattered.

She has also spent years on the funding side, working with the scholarship programs that pay for special education at private and parochial schools across Ohio. She knows how those dollars move, what the state expects to see documented, and where schools typically leave themselves exposed.
